Satisfaction

I cannot start the day without two eggs on toast (in some form or another). Lately I've become addicted to poached eggs on a crunchy, freshly baked spinach and feta muffin from the deli round the corner. They're rather pricey though, so I decided to make my own – and they tasted WAY better. Two pieces of savoury toasted muffin smothered in butter, topped with two silky pillows of poached egg, some fresh tomato and avo = heaven. I ate them in bed.

I'm rather proud of my photography experiments. They're nowhere near professional quality, but I can pretend. This subject (below) was particularly difficult. I was all "I need more, darling, more... Imagine you're at the Chelsea Flower Show! Think sultry! Think 'I'm a naughty little country rose'..." But all I got was this one look.
